Smart Products USA Corp. intends to market its ”Next Generation” product line initially through direct response television, in the form of an Infomercial, followed by TV Home Shopping Network and a planned retail roll-out initially through retail chain stores including Big Box Stores, print media, catalog, and Internet retail community.  Smart Products USA Corp. intends to adopt an aggressive marketing position incorporating extensive advertising, strong public relations efforts, and an ongoing maintenance advertising program.  Smart Products will utilize sales representatives to cater to the retail trade.  Smart Products has the advantage of being first in the market using the Infomercial format for their revolutionary unique one of a kind Smart Home Products.  Smart Products can capture the consumer’s interest and build trade excitement for their “Next Generation” brands of home products by establishing itself as a breakthrough in high tech anti-bacterial and self-cleaning and sanitizing home products that can help keep families safe from germs, bacteria and viruses in their homes.  The recent outbreak in the U.S.A. of a new strain of Ebola virus and the recent announcement of a new strain of drug resistant bacteria, labeled the “Super Bug” has fueled sales for anti-bacterial products which will also cause a demand for Smart Products.

 

Our products have the potential of replacing current products we use every day in our homes with our revolutionary redesigned and one of a kind 21st century anti-bacterial, self-cleaning and sterilizing home products.  Our products help to eliminate contaminants as well as pesticides and hormones on our fruits and vegetables. In recent years juicing has become very popular by many health conscience individuals as a daily routine at home, gyms and juice bars; but as healthy as fruits and vegetables juicing is, if you are not removing all contaminants in reality, juicing is extremely unhealthy because of the enormous amount of pesticides, hormones and poisons that are ingested.  It has been documented that pesticides and hormones cause cancer, obesity, food allergies, memory loss, diabetes, autism, Parkinson disease, infertility and birth defects. Smart Products USA Corp. “Next Generation” brand will be the gold standard of intelligent high Quality Home Products, and fill the space that exists now, for products that protects families against possibly acquiring a fatal food borne illness or the spreading germs in homes, plus cut housework in half.

Smart Products USA Corporation has a strong distinguished management team with a diversified background; collectively the management possesses over 100 years of experience in the design marketing and management of consumer related products.

 

Michael Dimino - Is President, founder and CEO of Smart Products USA Corp. and inventor of the line of Smart Products.  Mr. Dimino has been in the designing, fabrication, products development and marketing of Infomercial and consumer related products for the past 25 years. Mr. Dimino wrote one of the first GPS tracking in vehicle navigation systems and geofencing technology; 10 years before GPS telematics Navigation Systems was introduced to the consumer markets.  Some of his more prominent inventions are: (Included in his full biography at end of book).  Almost everyone in the world everyday uses technology invented by Michael Dimino.

 

Christopher DiMuro - A seasoned litigator and trial attorney; specialty is product liability, consumer fraud, commercial litigation.  Mr.  DiMuro represents large chemical, medical devices, health and beauty, consumer products.  He is licensed in 5 states.

 

Salvatore Capalbo,  Esq. – Mr. Capalbo is an attorney with 25 years’ experience in Commercial Law.  For the past 15 years he has been responsible for contract negotiations for many Fortune 500 companies in the area of Global Food Service Packaging.

1. Bottled Water Purification Cap – This is the first bottled water purification cap that sanitizes and disinfects bottled water with Ultra Violet Light.  It also disinfects the interior of the bottle when it’s empty, so it can be reused without washing.  The cap can be reused up to 5000 bottles of water; refill your water bottle from the tap, stream or anywhere with the UV cap you’ll always have purified drinking water.  Studies have shown that most leading brands of bottled water contain 100 times more bacteria than the legal limit allows.


Fact:

3. Antibacterial Self-Cleaning Can Opener – The last time a can opener had a design change it sold 12 million units. The only can opener that self-cleansand sanitizes itself every time you use it; with medical grade Ultraviolet Light (UV); kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria including Ebola, salmonella, Ecoli, yeast and molds from layers of caked on food as well as in some cases, low grade dog food.  There are 125 million can openers sold each year, thelast can opener that had a change in design sold 12 million can openers.  Conservatively if Smart Products acquires 1% market share with 1.2 million units sold at $39.99, revenue would be 48 million dollars a year.


4.
